These terms apply when you access or buy the Pain Posture Protocol™, provided by THE CHIRO COMPANY SYD PTY LTD (ABN 54 602 590 161), trading as BRAIN TO BODY® ("we", "us", "our"). By buying or using the program, you agree to these terms.
The Pain Posture Protocol™ is a 30-day educational program delivered online, with lifetime access to the content. Some tiers include physical items and studio credit as described at checkout. The program is designed to take around ten minutes a day.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are payable at checkout through our payment provider. We may change our prices from time to time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you complete your purchase.
Access to the digital content is granted after your payment is confirmed. Where a tier includes a physical item, we will arrange delivery to the address you provide. Studio credit, where included, is valid for the period stated at checkout.
We offer a 30-day stand-taller-or-it's-free guarantee. If you complete the full protocol as instructed over 30 days and do not experience measurable improvement in how you stand and move, email us with proof that you completed the program and we will refund your purchase.
Outside the guarantee above, and except where required by the Australian Consumer Law, purchases are non-refundable because the content is digital and available immediately. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
The Pain Posture Protocol™ is educational and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It does not replace care from a qualified health professional. Always check with your doctor or a suitable professional before starting any new movement program, especially if you have an injury or a health condition. Results vary from person to person, and you take part at your own risk.
All content in the program, including videos, the playbook and the briefs, is owned by us and provided for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell or redistribute it without our written permission.
You agree to use the program lawfully and not to share your access with others. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or injury arising from your use of the program, other than liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the date it was last updated.
