Last updated: 3 July 2026

This policy explains how THE CHIRO COMPANY SYD PTY LTD (ABN 54 602 590 161), trading as BRAIN TO BODY® and operating the Pain Posture Protocol™ ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and protects your personal information. We handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, such as your name, email address and any details you enter when you sign up, buy the program or contact us. If you purchase, our payment provider collects your payment details on our behalf. We also collect basic technical information, like your device and how you use the site, to keep it working and improve it.

How we use your information

We use your information to deliver the Pain Posture Protocol™ and give you access to it, to process payments, to respond to your questions, to send you the emails you have opted in to, and to improve our content and service. We do not sell your personal information.

Email marketing

If you opt in, we send you emails through our email platform. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time without affecting your access to anything you have purchased.

Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our systems. Your use of the checkout is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

Sharing your information

We share your information only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our payment provider, email platform and hosting provider, and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well if you disable them.

Data security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the program and meet our legal obligations, then remove it or de-identify it.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, you can also contact us and we will work to resolve it.

Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers may store data outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is handled consistently with this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the date it was last updated.
